|Potato Manchurian Balls|
Ingredients Required to Prepare Potato Machurian:
- Potatoes parboiled, cut into small cubes
- Refined flour (Maida)
- Corn flour
- Ginger-garlic paste
- soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions with greens
- Green chili paste
- Tomato ketchup
How to make Potato Manchurian Balls:-
Step 1 : Put potatoes in a bowl. Add refined flour, 2 tbsps corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt & Add a little water and mix well. So that all the potato cubes are well coated.
Step 2: Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the potato cubes till crisp.
How to Make Sauce for Potato Manchurian Balls
Step 3 : Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan. Halve spring onion, chop them and add to the pan and saute on high heat.
Step 4: Add ginger -garlic and green chili paste & sauté.
Step 5: Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and tomato ketchup and mix. Add 1 cup water and green chili and mix.
Step 6 : Mix 2 tbsps corn flour in ¼ cup water and add half of it to the pan, mix and cook till sauce thickens. Add vinegar and mix.
Step 7 : Transfer half the sauce into a bowl.
Step 8 : Drain potatoes and add to the sauce remaining in the work and mix well.
Step 9 : Chop spring onion greens.
Step 10 : Transfer the Potato Manchurian balls into a serving dish, garnish with spring onion greens and serve with the sauce.
